To be fair, we also had snow in September. But last week we had record snowfall the most snow in a single October day in about a hundred years. Good news: the ski hill should be open on their original dates with no delay.
This morning I’ve already shoveled the sidewalks (ours and 2 neighbour’s) and our driveway, its quite satisfying to get them cleared before anyone walks or drives over the fresh snow.
I cut this out today but couldn’t stay up late to sew it. Using Google Translate to decipher the labels and instructions requires greater awareness and coffee!
I’m looking forward to cutting one out in my size soon.
If you knew me long ago, you know I had a blog. I rambled a little, or a lot. Life got crazy, good crazy, but crazy. This past weekend I heard something that stuck in my head, and this is my year to get out of the shadows of the survival mode that had taken over for almost 3 years.
So, you’ll find me here. Rambling away. A little bit of every fragment of my life, that, when put together, make up my whole complete life of chaos! Good Chaos of course.
I’d like to make grand promises, that I’ll write every month, day, week, something with a pattern and a purpose. That’s not the 2017 version of me. It wasn’t the any-year-in-the-past version of me either!
You’ll find things about my business, my family, our camping adventures, maybe that little blue canoe will get back in the water, I’ll share what interests me, the roles I play in this new phase in life.
I’m having to learn a whole new set of skills, as it turns out I’ve forgotten everything I once knew about blog set up and databases and web design …. so have patience. This site isn’t pretty yet. It may never be gorgeous, but it will get better.
